Dawn Kelly is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in customer service and operations management within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector. Currently serving as a Business Process Owner and Senior Manager at The Hain Celestial Group, Dawn leads process improvement initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency and customer experience. Previously, as a Senior Manager in Customer Satisfaction & Operations, Dawn managed customer service operations and order fulfillment processes. Dawn also held the position of Director of Customer Service/Operations at The Northwest Group, LLC, and spent nearly a decade at Pentland Brands in various roles, including Senior Business Process Owner for SAP implementation and Director of Operations & Customer Service for Lacoste Footwear. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandise Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
