Don Riesenberg has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Don started their career at Gillette in 1993 as an Associate Brand Marketing Manager, where they developed and implemented national marketing programs. Don later worked at the Gillette Company Stationery Products Division as a National Account Manager, where they managed the division's largest account and achieved double-digit sales growth.
Riesenberg then joined The Gillette Company as a Senior Sales Planning Manager, responsible for sales, distribution, promotion, and pricing planning for the Duracell battery line. Don also served as a Customer Marketing Manager for the Drug, Toy, and Office channels, developing account-specific promotional and advertising programs.
In 2005, Riesenberg transitioned to Procter & Gamble, where they held various sales roles, including National Account Manager for Gillette and Senior Sales Manager for Consumer Product Sales & Marketing. Don oversaw Gillette Grooming, Deodorant, Skin Care, and Shelf Availability businesses and led cross-company teams to address shelf availability concerns.
Riesenberg then joined Stonyfield Farm in 2013 as the Senior Manager of Category Strategy & Management, responsible for sales analysis and strategy across multiple retailers and distribution channels. Don later took on the role of National Sales Manager, leading the Stonyfield sales team, broker partners, and distributors.
Most recently, Riesenberg worked at MegaFood as the National Director of Sales, inheriting a negative growth business and achieving significant dollar growth while improving trade efficiency and lowering costs. Don established a new team structure with a customer-centric focus and provided training and coaching to enhance analytical and presentation skills.
Currently, Riesenberg is the Director of Sales at The Hain Celestial Group, where they oversee the sales team and plays a key role in managing natural, grocery, and specialty channels.
Don Riesenberg holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Benedictine University. Don also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Aurora University.
