Michael Marshall is a Senior Partner and former Chief Financial Officer. He is also a member of The Halifax Group Management Board.
Prior to joining Halifax in 1999, Michael led the Middle Market Advisory Services assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Raleigh, N.C. He has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and initial public offerings at both PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG.
Michael received his B.A. in Accounting from North Carolina State University.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of CPAs. During his free time, Michael enjoys all sports. He also enjoys traveling, golf and spending time with his family.
