Josh Ridley

Josh Ridley is an experienced professional in program management and donor relations, currently serving as Country Director/Programme Manager for The HALO Trust in the Solomon Islands since September 2018. Prior roles at The HALO Trust include Deputy Country Director/Program Manager in Yemen, where responsibilities included expanding the program significantly and managing various operational departments. Earlier positions involved donor management and partnerships across multiple countries, including Libya and Cambodia, successfully overseeing multi-million dollar portfolios and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. Josh's educational background includes a Master’s in Global Health from the University of Maastricht and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from the University of Leeds, complemented by experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
