Thomas Griffiths

Thomas Griffiths has a diverse work history, with their most recent position being the Head of Region at The HALO Trust. In this role, they provided strategic direction and oversaw the organization's operations in Latin America. Thomas established new Weapons and Ammunition Management (WAM) programs and grew the Humanitarian Mine Action (HMA) Program in Colombia. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Director, overseeing programs in Somalia, Somaliland, and Cote d'Ivoire. Thomas also worked as a Program Manager, Operations Expatriate, Location & Operations Manager, and Field Officer in various regions, demonstrating their experience in project management, team leadership, and international liaisons. Additionally, Thomas Griffiths has a background as an outdoor instructor, working with organizations such as The Outward Bound Trust and The Scout Association.

Thomas Griffiths attended Hutton Grammar School & Sixth Form from 1992 to 2000. Thomas then went on to study at St. Martin's College from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree (Honors) in Outdoor Studies.
