Christopher Imperatore

Christopher Imperatore is an asset manager and financial analyst who has worked for The Hampshire Companies since 2009. Christopher started as an intern and was promoted to financial analyst associate in 2012. In their current role, they are responsible for creating and auditing Argus files, producing acquisition/disposition reports, and updating the Fund track record files. Christopher also researches industrial real estate markets throughout the east coast for potential investment opportunities. Christopher has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Rutgers University.

Imperatore attended the College of Charleston where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in real estate.

Christopher Imperatore reports to Kristin Lynn, Senior Asset Manager. Christopher Imperatore works with Andrew Swanson - Asset Manager II, Lesli Skirbe - Asset Administrator, and Jon F Hanson - Asset Manager I.
