Eshan Kadam

Eshan Kadam is a fund analyst at The Hampshire Companies. Eshan has also served as president of the Rutgers Real Estate Club, an intern at EisnerAmper, and a course coordinator at Broward College. In addition, Kadam has worked as a real estate law summer associate at The Law Office of Michael C. Schonberger and as a marketing associate at SK Properties.

Eshan Kadam has a Bachelor's degree in Finance with Concentration in Real Estate from Rutgers University. Eshan also has an Associate of Arts - AA in Business from Broward College (Bombay Campus). In addition, they have certification from ICSC in ICSC Retail Real Estate Institute Certificate and certification from ARGUS Software Solutions in ARGUS Software Certified (ASC) – Enterprise.
