Ian A. McDonald is a renowned sports personality, retired Marketing Director of Guysuco, and Chairman of the Sugar Producers Association of the Caribbean, Dr. McDonald is also one of Guyana’s leading literary experts, newspaper columnist, and author of the Caribbean literary standard, ‘The Hummingbird Tree’. Dr. McDonald sits on the Commission for the Development of West Indian Cricket. Dr. McDonald holds the Golden Arrow of Achievement, National Honour.
