David Hudson

David Hudson is an experienced executive in the real estate industry, currently serving as President - Industrial at The Hanover Company since November 2021. Prior to this role, David held the position of President - Development at Griffin Partners Inc. from March 2021 to November 2021. David's extensive experience includes a long tenure at Duke Realty Corporation, where as Business Unit Head of Houston Operations from January 2006 to December 2020, David established a Houston operation that developed and acquired an extensive portfolio of industrial and office properties exceeding 8 million square feet, with a total investment value nearing $1 billion. David's career began at Trammell Crow Company, where roles included Director of Leasing, Leasing Representative, Accounting Controller, and Internal Auditor. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business.
