Howard Stearn

Howard Stearn, CHST, C-MESH, currently serves as the Corporate Safety Manager for The Hanover Company since June 2022. With extensive experience in safety management, Howard has held key positions at various construction and safety companies, including Safety Manager at Choate Construction Company and Safety Officer roles at DECO Demolition and Environmental and The Urban Electric Co. Notable accomplishments include the development and implementation of safety policies and training programs, participation in workplace inspections, and the establishment of safety incentive systems, contributing to a significant milestone of 250,000 hours without a lost time incident at The Urban Electric Co.
