Rick Stinson is a seasoned Development Partner with expertise in site acquisition, entitlement, design development, and construction oversight. With a background as a Principal at Gromatzky Dupree & Associates, Rick has extensive experience working on high-density, multifamily projects in the western United States. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington and The University of Texas at Austin.
