Tim Bolton

Tim Bolton is a seasoned executive in the real estate development industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President at The Hanover Company since January 2007, where responsibilities include managing the Western Regional office and overseeing acquisitions, development, and construction of luxury multifamily projects across major U.S. markets. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Senior Vice President and Partner at Lowe Destination Development, focusing on resort properties from July 1997 to December 2006. Tim's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at Morley Builders and Regional Manager at O'Connor Construction Management. Tim Bolton is an alumnus of California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, graduating with a BS in Construction Management, and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School in 2014.
