Chelsea Schaefer

Chelsea Schaefer, CPCU, CIC, possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Small Commercial Underwriting Director at The Hanover Insurance Group since August 2013. Previously held roles at The Hanover include Small Commercial Underwriting Manager, Team Lead, Small Commercial Executive Underwriter, Small Commercial Senior Underwriter, and Small Commercial Field Underwriter. Prior to joining The Hanover, Chelsea worked at QBE North America from June 2006 to July 2013, where roles included Middle Market Underwriter - Commercial Lines, Small Business Underwriter - Commercial Lines, Assistant Underwriter - Small Business, and Underwriting Processing Specialist - Commercial Lines. Chelsea graduated from St. Olaf College in 2006 with a Bachelor's degree in Studio Art.
