Daniel Lederman

Daniel Lederman has extensive experience in data analytics and operational leadership, currently serving as AVP of Data and Analytics at The Hanover Insurance Group since October 2020. Prior to this role, Daniel held multiple director positions in data analytics and operations within the same company. From June 1999 to October 2020, Daniel worked at Synergy Group, Inc. as a Senior Consultant, leading operational and technical business units and driving digital transformation projects for insurance clients. Earlier career roles include serving as CIO/COO at Procesar, overseeing pension payment systems in Mexico, and as Vice President of planning at CONSAR, where Daniel played a key role in pension system reform. Daniel holds an MBA from Rice Business and a BSc in Computer Science from Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey.
