Lance Parks

Lance Parks is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Liability Adjuster at The Hanover Insurance Group since March 2023. Prior to this role, Lance held the position of Claims Resolution Manager at Gallagher Bassett from January 2022 to March 2023 and worked as a Claims Examiner for James River Insurance Company from January 2017 to November 2021. Early in the career, Lance gained experience as a TPS at Target from May 2010 to January 2017 and briefly as a CSA at Men's Wearhouse in March 2010. Lance Parks earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Virginia Commonwealth University between 2013 and 2016.
