Stephanie Doss

Stephanie Doss, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resource Business Consultant at The Hanover Insurance Group since November 2021. Prior to this role, Stephanie held significant positions including Director of Human Resources at Landmark Life Insurance Co and Human Resource Business Partner at State Farm. With a foundational career beginning in 1997 at State Farm Insurance, Stephanie progressed through various roles including Claim Representative and Auto Underwriter, ultimately obtaining extensive experience in HR management, employee relations, and talent development across multiple organizations. Stephanie earned a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's Degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
