Toni Mitchell

Toni Mitchell has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Regional Executive and Chief Underwriting Officer for the Pacific Region at The Hanover Insurance Group since January 2010. In this role, oversight includes Commercial Lines underwriting, strategy, and employee development across multiple states in the Pacific and Midwest Territories. Prior to this position, Toni held the role of Regional Underwriting Director at OneBeacon Insurance, managing Commercial Lines underwriting and operations in Western States. Earlier experience includes serving as a Branch Manager at OneBeacon, overseeing Commercial Lines for several states, and progressing from underwriter to branch manager at Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company over 15 years. Toni holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
