The Happiness Group - Building a happier world.

A global movement redefining happiness and wellbeing.

The Happiness Group is a purpose-led organisation on a mission to transform the way the world approaches mental wellbeing.

We believe wellbeing is one of the greatest investments any person, workplace or community can make. That’s why we combine human connection, evidence-based programs, education and technology to help people live happier, healthier and more meaningful lives.

Rather than waiting for people to reach crisis, we focus on prevention, resilience and creating environments where people can truly thrive.

Supporting individuals, workplaces, schools, governments and communities, we are building a future where wellbeing is embedded into everyday life.
