Hayley Powers has worked in the digital and customer service industries since 2005. Hayley began their career as a Customer Service Advisor at Sitel in 2005, and was promoted to Customer Service Team Manager in the same company in the same year. In 2010, they moved to Apex Credit Management, where they held the role of Collections Team Manager. Hayley then moved to Cabot Credit Management in 2012, where they worked as a Business Implementation Manager. From 2015 to 2021, they held various roles at CR Worldwide, including Senior Digital Strategist, Digital Strategist, and Project Manager. Most recently, they have been working as a Digital Project Manager at The Happiness Index since 2022. Additionally, they have also held the role of Solution Consultant at 360insights.com since 2021, where they are responsible for working with key clients to plan and execute a tactical digital product development roadmap.

Hayley Powers attended Alcester Grammar School from 1998 to 2005, where they studied Art & Design. Hayley has also obtained three certifications: CRWorldwide Innovative Hero of the Year from CR Worldwide (part of 360insights.com) in 2020, CRWorldwide Hero of the Year from CR Worldwide in 2016, and Cabot Credit Management ETHICAL Champion of the Year from Cabot Credit Management in 2013.
