Helen Lawrence

Helen Lawrence is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and learning and development. As the Co-Founder and Chief Happiness Officer at The Happy Consultancy Group since June 2015, Helen has been instrumental in creating innovative solutions that foster workplace happiness and enhance performance on a global scale. Prior to this role, Helen served as Operations Director and Learning Director at NKD Learning from January 2012 to June 2015, where a strong focus on client satisfaction and bespoke learning solutions was emphasized. Earlier experience includes directorship at Merlin Consultancy Ltd, managing HR and L&D programs for the hospitality industry, as well as HR roles in both Thistle Hotels and InterContinental Hotels Group. Helen holds a BA (Hons) in Leisure Management from Coventry University.
