Gerard McDaniel

Gerard McDaniel is an accomplished banking professional with a focus on commercial lending and business banking. Currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Lending at The Harbor Bank of Maryland since February 2025, Gerard previously held the role of Vice President in Business Banking at PNC from September 2023 to February 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Business Banking Associate Relationship Manager at M&T Bank from November 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing relationships with business clientele and supporting customer objectives. Gerard's career began at Continental Realty Corporation in Baltimore as a Community Manager from June 2010 to November 2021, and earlier experience includes a position as Resident Assistant at Allen & O'Hara Development from 2007 to 2010.
