Rachel Beasley

Rachel Beasley has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rachel is currently working as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle at The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Finance at Texas Hearing Institute for almost four years.

Rachel also has experience working in the healthcare industry. Rachel worked at Texas Children's Hospital for eight years, where they served as the Payment Operations Manager and Senior Financial Analyst. In these roles, they managed a team responsible for payment processing, implemented department reorganization, and improved cash collection processes. Rachel also worked in the healthcare audit department at BKD, LLP.

Before venturing into the healthcare sector, Rachel worked at Mary Kay Cosmetics as an Independent Beauty Consultant and at National Lloyds Insurance Company as a Commercial Underwriting Technician. Rachel also gained experience in accounting while working as a Grader in the Accounting Department at Baylor University.
