Ashley Martinez

Ashley Martinez is a seasoned financial and payroll analyst with extensive experience in managing complex payroll issues and improving processes across several organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst and formerly a Senior Payroll Analyst at The Hartford since August 2017, Ashley has also held roles such as Payroll Coordinator at Legrand, North America and Ops Support Analyst at Citi. Earlier career experiences include supervisory positions in recreational management at Catania Hospitality Group and the Town of Barnstable, as well as a brief tenure as a Criminalist at the Office of Chief Medical Examiner in NYC. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Anthropology from California State University, Chico, and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Bridgewater State University.
