Beena Webb

Beena Webb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital solutions and technology strategy. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Director of Digital Solutions at The Hartford since October 2022, Beena previously held leadership positions at Fiserv as Director of Systems Strategy & Operations and at Fortitude Re as Senior Program Manager. A significant tenure at AIG spanned over 13 years, during which Beena progressed through several roles including Business Relationship Executive, Vice President of Technology Strategy and Procurement Operations, and Senior Program Manager of Business Process Outsourcing. Early career experiences include consultancy at Accenture and roles at UBS Investment Bank and Purdue Pharma. Beena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University at Albany, SUNY.
