James Stanley

James Stanley currently serves as the Head of Talent Management and Performance Culture at The Hartford, where Stanley has worked since November 2002. Additionally, Stanley holds the title of Fellow for the CEO Action for Racial Equity at the same organization and has previously worked as an Assistant Vice President and Human Resources Director. Prior to joining The Hartford, Stanley was the Regional Director of Human Resources at Ames Dept. Stores, Inc. from 1997 to 2002. James Stanley earned a degree from Bowie State University between 1981 and 1985.
