Joanne Reitz

Joanne Reitz currently serves as the Director of Catastrophe Management and Reinsurance Analytics at The Hartford since June 2015. Previously, from March 2014 to June 2015, Joanne held the title of Director of Non-Natural Catastrophe Risk Management, focusing on the evaluation of Terrorism, Cyber, and Pandemic exposures, and implementing strategic risk management initiatives. Joanne's long tenure at The Hartford began in March 1990, taking on various roles including Director of Model Validation in Enterprise Risk Management and various actuarial positions in both Personal and Commercial Lines. Joanne holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics/Computer Science from Hope College.
