Keith Cox

Keith Cox currently serves as the Assistant Director of National Account Relationship Management at The Hartford, starting in October 2023. Previously, Cox was the VP of Customer Success at Brella Insurance, leading the Customer Experience and managing various teams to enhance member services. Significant past roles include Director of Client Management at Guardian Group Benefits, where oversight of client services for the Mid-Atlantic South Division was provided, and Regional Sales Director at The Hartford, where marketing and distribution across a large Southern Region territory was managed. Education includes a B.B.A. in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia and a CLU from The American College of Financial Services.
