Subhendra Swain

Subhendra Swain has an extensive career in IT leadership, currently serving as an IT Delivery Lead at The Hartford since November 2007, overseeing a significant multi-year initiative focused on Policy Administration capabilities for the Small Commercial Auto Line of Business in Guidewire PolicyCenter. Prior experience includes roles as Client Partner and Program Director at Perot Systems Corp, managing large-scale application outsourcing projects, and Chief Systems Manager at CRIS, where leadership was demonstrated in developing the Freight Operation Management System for Indian Railways. Additional experience encompasses positions at NAFED and DCM Data Systems, where development of financial applications and business solutions was key. Subhendra holds a Master of Computer Applications from Kurukshetra University and two degrees in Physics from Utkal University.
