Talibah Lynch

Talibah Lynch, MBA, has amassed extensive experience in financial analysis and executive compensation throughout a career at The Hartford, where responsibilities have included managing planning, forecasting, and expense control since 2004. Currently serving as Head of Executive Compensation, Talibah has held positions such as Director of Financial Reporting Analysis and Director of Analytics and Workforce Planning. Prior roles involved consulting and accounting responsibilities, including the preparation of reserve balances, financial reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Earlier career experiences include managing rebate operations at Micro Warehouse and supervising accounting functions, underscoring a strong foundation in financial management and operational efficiencies. Talibah holds an MBA in Accounting as well as a BS and AS in Business Administration and Management from Albertus Magnus College.
