Mina Raj

Mina Raj is currently the Director of Staff Development at The Harvard Crimson, where Mina focuses on recruitment, human resources, and improving board culture. Mina also serves as the Marketing Director of Design, creating sponsored content to support advertisement revenue. In addition, Mina works as a Sourcing Analyst at the Harvard Undergraduate Venture Capital Group, conducting due diligence on potential investments. As the Publicity & Outreach Director at Harvard Undergraduate Women In Business, Mina leads outreach efforts to non-traditional corporate sponsors. Mina has also served as a mentor at the Harvard Radcliffe Institute, a Marketing and Business Development Intern at Not My Son, and a Research Collaborator at the Institute of Politics at Harvard Kennedy School. Mina is a dedicated individual with a strong background in leadership and community service.
