Nicole Sparks has extensive experience in quality assurance and regulatory roles, currently serving as a Sr. Specialist at both Cardinal Health and The Harvard Drug Group since 2015 and 2010, respectively. Responsibilities at The Harvard Drug Group include processing regulatory paperwork, conducting customer account reviews, tracking data in Excel, and creating standard operating procedures. Prior to this, Nicole held positions in customer service and cash handling, including as a Head Server at Texas Roadhouse, where training staff and managing customer interactions were key duties. Nicole began their career as a Vault Assistant at Continental Vending, where accuracy in cash management and documentation was essential. Nicole holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University, completed in 2012, and graduated from Livonia Franklin High School in 2004.
