José Rosa

José Rosa, ENV SP, is a skilled civil designer with extensive experience in roadway-related projects, currently working at The Haskell Company since February 2021. Responsibilities include designing highway, interchange, and urban/rural roadways, as well as bike facilities and transit projects using Bentley’s MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer. Prior experience includes a senior engineering technician role at the City of Jacksonville, where José Rosa focused on drainage infrastructure and stormwater management, and earlier positions as lead GIS mapping technician at CSX and drafter at TrueNet Communications. José Rosa holds a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Built Environments from the University of Arizona and multiple degrees in architectural design, construction management, and CAD drafting from various institutions.
