Peter Kinsley

Pete Kinsley manages and leads the Infrastructure & Transportation Group, which is dedicated to creating exceptional facilities for clients in the aviation, municipal, education, transportation and water markets. Pete’s career spans 20+ years and includes the successful delivery of numerous water and wastewater projects for municipal, federal and private clients using design-build and construction management at-risk delivery methods. During his tenure with Haskell, he has worked on over 50 projects for a variety of both public and private clients.
