Rebeca Kelley has extensive experience in project controls and financial management, currently serving as a Senior Project Controls Analyst at The Haskell Company since October 2018, where responsibilities include managing a $231M joint venture project and ensuring compliance with Miami Dade County SBE goals. Prior roles include Controller at Vilar-Hoynack Construction Co., and Dash Door & Closer Service, Inc., where Rebeca was responsible for financial statements and accounting processes. Rebeca's career began as an Internal Auditor/Accounts Payable Manager at Beauchamp Construction Co., and as a Cost Analyst at The Haskell Co. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Florida, complemented by two associate degrees from Miami Dade College.
