Roger Kittrell

Roger Kittrell, PE, VMA, CPM, currently serves as the Director of Engineering for Transportation and Civil Infrastructure at The Haskell Company since June 2022. Previously, Kittrell held various leadership positions including Texas Transportation Sector Leader at Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions, Vice President and Dallas Office Manager at HW Lochner, and Project Director at Atkins. Kittrell's extensive experience includes managing projects and teams across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas, with earlier roles as Senior Project Manager at Othon Inc. Consulting Engineers, Principal & Director of Transportation Engineering at Walter P. Moore & Associates, and Senior Transportation Project Manager at Garcia & Associates Engineering, Inc. Kittrell started their career at the Texas Department of Transportation, where responsibilities included design, construction, and project management. Kittrell earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
