Deb Tebbs

Deb Tebbs was the first on the West Coast to secure a Sotheby's International Realty franchise in 2006, starting in Central Oregon. In 2015 she was awarded the Sotheby's International Realty franchise in Portland, Lake Oswego, SW Washington, and the Oregon Coast. Portland is the last metro market in the nation for a Sotheby's International Realty real estate presence.

In 2021, she formed an ownership alliance with Peerage Realty Partners. In 2022, she led the charge to acquire The Hasson Company, Portland's top luxury real estate brand, which nearly doubled the company's market share overnight.

Grit, tenacity, and perseverance are three characteristics required for success, and all three belong to Tebbs. She weathered the economic downturn soon after launching the franchise in Central Oregon, building a successful brokerage, and is now Oregon's fastest-growing brokerage.
