Rachel Ferguson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rachel started their career as a Level 2 Host at Brody Square Culinary Services in 2010 and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they volunteered at Middle of the Mitten for six months. Rachel then joined Marketing Resource Group as an intern from May to August 2013. Following that, they interned as a Public Relations Intern at Scribe Publishing Company from August to December 2013. Rachel served as a caregiver for the Spry Family from September 2012 to December 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Publicity Manager at ING Magazine from January to May. Rachel also worked at Singer Associates Public Relations and Public Affairs, where they started as an Account Coordinator from June 2014 to January 2016, then became an Assistant Account Executive from January to October 2016, and finally an Account Executive from October to December 2016. Rachel joined The Hatch Agency in 2016 and has held multiple roles, including Senior Account Executive from December 2018 to September 2019, Account Supervisor from September 2019 to July 2021, and currently serves as an Account Director starting from July 2021.

Rachel Ferguson attended Michigan State University from 2010 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing.
