Founded by Reema Bahnasy and Amy Swanson in January 2012, The Hatch Agency is a start-up in its own right and works directly with the founders, entrepreneurs, CEOs and their teams who are disrupting markets with their ideas and innovations.

Hatch is a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment dedicated to learning and innovating. Hatchlings of all experience levels work side-by- side with each other. The Hatch Agency's leadership team has a wealth of experience in public relations and communications, having worked at some of the world's largest tech companies including Oracle, PeopleSoft Inc, and Respond. They have also held senior positions at Blanc & Otus and Global Press, and have a deep understanding of the inner workings of the tech industry. In addition to their professional experience, the team is also highly educated, holding degrees from California State University, Chico, The American University, and Universidad de Costa Rica.
