Katherine Caserta

Katherine Caserta is an experienced professional in youth and children's ministry, currently serving as an Account Executive at The Hatcher Agency since December 2022. Previously, Katherine held the position of Director of Youth Ministries at Lakewood United Methodist Church from July 2016 to October 2022. Katherine's early career includes roles such as Administrative Assistant at First United Methodist Church Downtown Little Rock, Server at U.S. Pizza Company, and various positions at First United Methodist Church Little Rock, including Assistant Director of Children and Youth Ministries and Intern of Youth and Children Ministries. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at Sonic Drive-In and as College Staff for the Ozark Mission Project. Katherine holds a Certification in Youth Ministry from Perkins School of Theology and a degree in Environmental Studies with a focus on Socio-Cultural from Hendrix College.
