Monique Kilgore, MBA has a strong background in food business and operations management. Monique is currently serving as the Director of Operations at The Hatchery Chicago - Food Business Incubator since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager at HandCut Foods from August 2019 to April 2020. Previously, they held the role of Kitchen Manager at The Hatchery Chicago - Food Business Incubator from November 2018 to August 2019.
