Timothy Griffiths

Timothy Griffiths, PhD, is an experienced educator and writing consultant currently serving as a Teacher for Upper School English at The Haverford School and as a Writing Consultant for 7Sage. Prior to these roles, Timothy was an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Moore College of Art and Design and Pace University, and held a similar position at Hunter College. Timothy’s academic career includes a postdoctoral fellowship at Penn State University and the University of Virginia, focusing on English and African American Studies. With a robust teaching background at City University of New York-Brooklyn College, Timothy has designed and led numerous courses in English and related fields. Educational qualifications include a PhD in English from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, a Master's degree from Brooklyn College, and a Bachelor's degree from UMass Boston.
