Marisa Odendaal

Marisa Odendaal is an experienced educator currently serving as a Subject Leader and Teacher of Psychology at The Hazeley Academy since November 2020. Previously, Marisa taught English at Stantonbury International School from September 2019 to January 2020 and served as an Educator at Northcliff High School from January 2006 to July 2019, where responsibilities included being Head of Year for 300 students and acting as a liaison among parents, staff, and students. Early teaching experience includes a role as a Teacher of English as a Foreign Language at Englishouse School of English from September 2001 to March 2002. Marisa holds a PGCE from North-West University, a BA Honours in Psychology from the University of Johannesburg, a BA in Psychology and English from North-West University, and is TEFL certified from TEFL South Africa.
