Andy McElrath started their career in the United States Marine Corps as a Helicopter Mechanic, specializing in H-1 power trains and rotors. After their service, Andy transitioned to various roles in maintenance, starting as a Laborer at Lear Corporation and working their way up to Corporate Maintenance Manager at The HC Companies. Andy has a strong background in maintenance, with experience in industries such as rubber extrusion, industrial gas production, and HVAC. Andy holds a technical certificate in HVAC and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Engineering Management.
