Susan Murtaugh has extensive experience in customer service and sales operations, having held various managerial positions in companies such as The HC Companies, SGS Tool Company, MCPc, and Local Insight Media. Susan has led teams of customer service representatives and inside sales professionals, supporting both domestic and international sales forces. With a degree in Business Management from Hiram College, Susan has a strong background in managing customer care operations, metrics, and systems.
