Shankar Ramani has a comprehensive work experience spanning various roles in the healthcare IT and delivery domains. Shankar began their career as an Information Technology Programmer at Electrosteel Castings Ltd. in 1995 and later moved to Beachline Business Solutions in the same role. In 1997, they joined Cognizant, where they held positions such as Senior Manager of Projects, Director of Operations, Delivery Head, Assistant Vice President of Healthcare, and Vice President of the Transition and Transformation Practice. From 2023, they served as the Vice President of Healthcare IT Delivery at The HCI Group. Throughout their career, Shankar has shown a commitment to delivering successful transition and transformation programs, establishing global service delivery models, and achieving significant cost savings for clients.
Shankar Ramani obtained their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras from 1991 to 1995.
