Rachel Pelkey

Rachel Pelkey is currently the Human Resources Director at The Healing Lodge of the Seven Nations since April 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as an HR Business Partner at Gonzaga University from August 2022 to February 2023. Rachel also held the position of Human Resources Manager at SPOKANE TREATMENT AND RECOVERY SERVICES from August 2015 to August 2022. Rachel has experience as an Assistant Manager at Dutch Bros Coffee and an Office Manager at Stanley's Service Center. Rachel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Eastern Washington University. Additionally, Rachel attended the University of Phoenix from 2017 to 2018.
