Michelle Doll is the Coordinator of Clinical Initiatives and Quality Improvement at The Health Collaborative. Michelle has over twenty years of experience in managing and coordinating residency programs, educational conferences, and special events. Prior to their current position, they were the Residency Program Manager at the University of Cincinnati for eleven years. In this role, they were responsible for reviewing and scoring residency applications, coordinating interview days, on-boarding new residents, and developing orientation curriculum. Michelle also analyzed and reported individual and program evaluation data for process improvement. Michelle has also worked as an Operations Manager at UC Health and as an Administrative Assistant/Residency Coordinator at The Jewish Hospital.

Michelle Doll has earned a high school diploma from Oak Hills High School. Michelle has also earned a degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of Cincinnati. Michelle is certified by Microsoft in Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365 Apps and Office 2019) and by Go-Lean-Six Training & Consulting in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification.
