Gurpreet Rai

Gurpreet Rai is a seasoned healthcare professional specializing in transformation and improvement management within the NHS. Currently serving as the Transformation & Improvement Manager for Surgical Services at the Black Country Provider Collaborative, Gurpreet leads initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery across a network of partner trusts. In addition to this role, Gurpreet is actively involved with the Q Community at The Health Foundation, promoting best practices in healthcare.
