Heather Murphy

Heather Murphy, CFRE, serves as the Executive Director of The Health Foundation since December 1995, where responsibilities include interpreting the organization's mission and executing directives set by the board of directors to promote health and safety for children and adults. Prior to this role, Murphy was the Owner and Operator of Thursday Printing from June 1983 to November 1995, offering custom printing and design services, and the Publisher of Thursday Magazine, a weekly entertainment guide, from June 1982 to November 1995. Murphy holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a focus on Magazine Journalism, English, and Political Science from Ohio University, attended from 1976 to 1979.
