Jennifer Morgan has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Jennifer currently works as a Strategy Consultant in Local health system partnerships for The Health Foundation since 2022. In their role as Head of Programme at the same organization from 2022 to 2023, they led the Lab team and its Programmes, focusing on improving collaboration skills and capabilities in the healthcare sector.

Jennifer also has experience at Community Forest Trust as a Board Trustee since 2023, where they contribute to the organization's governance. Additionally, they worked as a Co-Lead in the Out in the Field Nature Retreats for NHS workers program at Out in the Field since 2021, helping NHS staff relax and support their wellbeing through nature, food, and participatory processes.

From 2015 to 2021, Jennifer served as a Strategy and Development Consultant for Environmental Trusts and Foundations. Jennifer worked with organizations in the environmental sector to develop their strategies and programs.

Jennifer also had leadership experience as the Executive Director of the Psychosynthesis Trust from 2016 to 2021. In this role, they transformed the organization into a thriving educational charity offering personal development and psychotherapy qualifications.

Jennifer has contributed to sustainability initiatives as a Strategic Advisor at CUSP | Centre for the Understanding of Sustainable Prosperity from 2017 to 2019 and as a Strategic Advisor Economy, Enterprise, and Manufacturing Change Aim Panel at The RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) from 2015 to 2018.

Furthermore, Jennifer served as a Fellow of Social Innovation at Cambridge Judge Business School from 2014 to 2018, where they contributed to research and teaching in social innovation.

Jennifer's career also includes a role as a Co-Founder of the Finance Innovation Lab, where they initiated and led the Finance Lab initiative from 2008 to 2015. This initiative aims to create a fair and democratic financial system. Additionally, they advised the Sustainability Committee at Earth Capital Partners, a Private Equity Firm, from 2010 to 2015.

Jennifer Morgan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business from Hofstra University, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. In 1994 and 1995, they attended EDHEC Business School, focusing on French and International Business. From 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master of Science (MSC) degree in Responsibility in Business Practice at the University of Bath. Jennifer also has obtained additional certifications, including being a Forest Bathing Guide from The Forest Bathing Institute in July 2021, Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in April 2021, and Outdoor First Aid from Elements First Aid in July 2021.
